For most people, the struggle to get stronger isnโt about lifting a heavy weightโitโs about having the confidence and consistency to manage your diet without becoming obsessed.
Everyday people get stronger by living life with their habits, not around them. When you eat out, you have two choices:
The โAll or Nothingโ Mistake: Blow the entire day, say โF*ck it,โ and feel guilty, which kills motivation for the whole week.
The Confident Choice: Choose a great meal, enjoy every bite, and then simply return to your normal routine for the next 48 hours.
Real strength is the ability to handle a night like this without letting it derail the next 10 days of progress.
Itโs called consistency, not restriction. Enjoy the meal, own the decision, and be back at it tomorrow. Thatโs confidence.

Finding time to get to the gym can be a real pain in the ass sometimes, especially if you have so many plates to keep spinning.
But to make the gym something you stick to and see results from, time simply has to be set aside and your fitness needs to be a priority.
With this full body workout you can be in and out of the gym in around 45 mins tops.
It is a great starting program that if you actually show up consistently, and put the effort in, you will see results in 4-6 weeks.
This is a basic program for beginners, but you have to start somewhere!
The key is to actually get started!
