Tennis and BBQ evening on Friday 26th April . All welcome

Our coach Ashley Wynne has been selected to represent Ireland ☘️in 2x upcoming International trips. The first one is the 4nations event ( 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, 🇮🇪, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿)in the UK and the second in the World Team Masters Championships 🏆in Lisbon 🇵🇹 . It is a great honour to represent your country .These trips are all self funded and players have to pay their own way (flights, accommodation, expenses and kit) We would like to organise a fundraiser to send Ashley off and wish her well from all at Hillbrook.

And that’s a wrap !! What an incredible and memorable week I won’t forget. Stand out moments for me was the opening ceremony, the venue and the camaraderie amongst the Irish team. The highlight was playing against former professional tennis player Zuzana kucova ( career singles high 101)- incredible tennis at a whole different level. Finding form against Argentina No 1 singles player. Playing doubles against Canada in front of a roaring Irish ☘️ support losing 10/8 in champ tie break. Atmosphere was electric and great buzz to play in. And then obviously getting two wins against turkey. I am so grateful for the opportunity, the experience and the friendships made -what a week!
