A brand new 6-week block starts Monday 13th April. It’s time to give your running body the support it deserves 🙌
Whether you’re training for a race, building consistency, or just love getting out for a run, this class is designed to help you:
✔️ Improve mobility & flexibility
✔️ Reduce injury risk
✔️ Build strength in key running muscles
✔️ Recover better so you can run stronger
Expect a mix of:
🧘♀️ Deep stretches for hips, hamstrings & calves
💪 Strength & stability work
🌬️ Breathwork to aid recovery
