I’ve been training with Nate for 6 months now, I come from a team sport background and favoured hiit training but after a crazy crash diet and 31 day straight gym spree in January something had to change. As luck would have it, I happened to come across Nate 🙃

I’d never used a PT before and was dubious… I explained what I wanted; I get bored with repetitive strength exercises, needed motivation and was terrified of scary weights machines. Nate was quick to identify a program that met what I wanted but still used aspects of strength training and drew up a workable schedule around my main priorities as mum to 2 young kids and a full time job.

Nate always brings a positive mindset; encouraging but not patronising, pushing you outside your comfort zone, and celebrating your victories, all while raising confidence. Although serious about coaching, Nate is so easy to get along with-always smiling! And the extra oversight has definitely impacted on my love of Cadbury sharebars 🍫 🙈

I’m fitter now than pre kids and although my weight has stayed pretty stable I’m 2 dress sizes smaller, stronger, sleep better and I definitely give more thought to what I’m eating.

2023 for me has been about trusting the process and the processes employed by Nate work. I can’t recommend him enough ⭐️

What a guy 💪

Anyone who has been following my page for a while now will have seen Jordan before. He is one of my most consistent and hard-working clients.

Over the past few months, Jordan has been training to put on add some muscle and gain strength. During this period, Jordan also had his exams in school, which created a very stressful environment due to his Autism. During this time, Jordan put on some extra weight due to simply it not being his main concern.

However, 3 weeks ago, I challenged Jordan to start cleaning his diet up. The challenge was simply. Stop snacking between meals and stop drinking soda and energy drinks.

The results speak for themselves in 3 weeks he has dropped from 89.3 kg to 81.9kg, thats 16.3lb.

I am so proud of this young man his attitude and dedication to training is next to none. Its an absolute pleasure to see him grow in maturity and confidence week on week.

Keep it up Jordan the hardest worker in the room 💪

I have only recently started PT sessions with Nate. After having two babies close together and feeling completely lost and overwhelmed in the gym, trying to improve my fitness and lifestyle seemed an impossible task. Five weeks ago, I HATED going to the gym, I viewed exercise as a punishment and had zero confidence in the gym.

Now, five weeks into my sessions with Nate, I already feel in a much better mental state and more motivated than before to make fundamental lifestyle changes. Nate is so much more than a personal trainer for just the time during your session. He invests massively in your lifestyle and overall goals. He takes time to get to know you as a person and starts your health and fitness journey with you, wherever you are in it.

I actively look forward to our sessions and feel more confident in the gym already. For the first time in years, I enjoy exercising! Nate goes above and beyond to try and help motivate you and help you reach your goals.
One thing that is so encouraging is that Nate doesn’t expect changes overnight and really helps you celebrate the little wins along the way. I am only right at the beginning of my journey, but with Nate’s help and support, I am very excited for what’s to come.

💥💥Meet Michelle not only one of my longest clients but also the best dressed. 💥💥

Michelle is as dedicated to her training as she is her wardrobe.💃

Here's what Michelle said about or time together so far.

My name is Michelle, I had been running for years went to gym an swam so always very active. I got a place for the London Marathon 2021 an decided that I needed to build up my strength alongside my running program. 

I explained the training schedule to Nate  and with in days had my training sessions worked out. I trained two mornings a week 6 o’clock start.  I cannot tell you the Benifit those sessions made to my training. The  strength sessions were worked around my long runs. What surprised me the most was all the stretching an mobility sessions which were tough  but so worth it, no injuries and an incredible difference to my running form. 

Nate took above an beyond interest far more than expected from a PT. Helping with my diet, the drinks I should be taking and my rest times. Every session different but every session working with me to my goal. 

I’m not a fast runner just  happy to run. Well Nate helped my dream come true. I got a PB at the London marathon  knocked over 20 mins off my time an loved every minute of it. Smiling all the way knowing all the hard work Nate and I put in had paid off. I could not have done it without him. I continued training after London. Then last January I fell while running ,broke my arm close to my shoulder. I was devastated !! No work,running or training. When you can’t do the things you love it really affects your mental health as well. Gradually i was allowed to run an then eventually after 8 months I was allowed to weight train again.

Totally delighted but was like starting all over. I’ve been working really hard with Nate building my strength back up. I love my training sessions they can be tough but always guaranteed a laugh an the feel good factor after.

Marathon training for Berlin 2023 starts May ,I’m looking forward to starting the training program with Nate again. If anyone wanting to start training give Nate a go. I guarantee you won’t regret it

Training over the age of 40 is one of the best things you can do for longevity. It improves everything from muscle mass to mental health and everything in-between. The old excuse of I'm too old to train is no longer acceptable. If you want to love your best life its time to get up and move 💪

🥇Personal training session available all throughout the week. If you are sick of the hamster wheel of going to the gym and getting very little results then it's time to stop, reset and get yourself a coach.

What is a coach ? "A coach is someone who can get you from where you are now to where you want to be." 🚌

How do WE achieve this? The clue is in the question "We" work together as a team. We will design short medium and long term goals that are realistic for you and where you are starting your journey. 🎯

Are you going to kill me ? The simple answer is no. All the training session will be a challenge however I take a client centred approach to my coaching and meet the client were they are at if the most you can do at the start is walk on a treadmill, I will meet you there. 🚶‍♂️

Stop putting off what you know will help you lead a better life both physically and mentally.
