When you're working with pro physiques, there is no room for "good enough."
โTodayโs session was all about addressing a stubborn imbalance between the shoulder and lat. On an athlete, this developed, compensatory patterns can really block both performance and stage presence.
โThe Fix:
โDecompression: Used targeted myofascial cupping to release the restricted tissue and "unstick" the fascia around the scapula.
โRealignment: Manual therapy to restore the neural drive to the lagging side.
โThe result? The imbalance is fixed, the lats are firing evenly, and the "V-taper" is back to its full potential โค๏ธ

My approach to therapy is about keeping you under the bar training longer by addressing imbalances before they become injuries. Stronger muscles protect your joints. Build a body that lasts for the long term, not just for short-term goals.

โThe photos are from my own pregnancy journey. I know firsthand the massive physical and emotional toll that bringing a human into the world takes on your body. Iโve felt the "nursing neck" tension, the pelvic instability, and the challenge of finding my feet in the gym again!
