We are the only community based charity in Belfast that offer swim lessons...and we have been doing so for over 40 years. We operate Mon-Sat in Templemore Baths. Many thanks

Distance Day. Delighted to report that from the combination of the taking part fee, your fundraising/sponsorship and some rounding up from the Trust, we managed to raise a fantastic £1,000. This will be split equally and sent to two worthy charities - Cancer Research UK and Marie Curie. Many thanks for your support and well done again to all the swimmers that took part 👍💪

Wow! Distance Day was a great success. Close to 70 swimmers took part gaining their certificates. We had some major achievements - yellows up to 60 lengths! As a charity fundraiser, thank you to everyone involved as several hundreds of pounds raised for cancer charities...we will let you know the total soon

We have space at all levels for lessons starting immediately after Easter. Learn to swim starts at age 4.5 and we offer lessons right through to adult. We also have our age 11+ Swim Academy. If you have someone who needs to learn how to swim, improve or simply get in more practice ahead of summer holidays, now is the time to sign up. At the Trust's AGM tonight we were delighted to unveil a plaque in Templemore recognising the work of all those that have played a part in the Bath's history, saving them for the benefit of the people of East Belfast and beyond

What an inspirational young person. Swimming 4k then a 2k run that saved his Mum and family.

Swimming is a life skill. That's what our lessons are primarily all about.

Age 4.5 to adult lessons available in small groups led by our expert teachers. As a charity we have provided this service to the community for over 40 years, teaching thousands.

Teen’s harrowing 4km swim to save family A teenager praised for his “superhuman” hero effort after swimming 4km through shark-frequented waters to save his family, who were swept out to sea, has described the moment he collapsed on the beach only to get back up to sprint to a phone.
