It’s never too late to get stronger 💪
Our dedicated Masters classes for the 55+ community are still running every Monday and Thursday at 7:30pm in the gym.
Strength training helps maintain muscle, improve balance and mobility, support bone health, and keep you doing the things you love for longer.
Plus, training alongside people of a similar age creates a friendly, supportive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and encouraged!
