It’s important to understand how many calories you’re eating daily.
“I eat healthy” isn’t going to help you reach your fat loss goals. ❌
It can be difficult to know how many calories are in certain foods, specifically when eating out. Simple guides like this will help you manage the foods you enjoy. ✅

The secret (but simple!) mentality that anybody can use to shred fat, boost strength and look better in 2023... even if you are a complete newbie who has never stepped foot in a gym.
"Consistency is better than perfection."
You're probably thinking: "Yea, true, but I still want to be as perfect as possible! Don't I ?"
Yes, you do!
And you should always aim to be the best possible version of yourself when you undertake your fitness journey.
But the reality is that every single person you see on Instagram, Facebook or Tik Tok who has your "ideal body" has never been 100% perfect.
They go through ups and downs, highs and lows.
It's the imperfect reality of trying to make significant changes in your life.
The simple reason most people never see their physical or mental peak is this...
They beat themselves up when they feel they have "slipped up on their diet" because they treated themselves to a coffee and a traybake.
They spend the next few minutes feeling guilty about what they have done, and then, to make themselves feel better, they eat MORE food.
There is a term for this; it's called emotional eating.

You're probably asking yourself, "now, what's this secret mindset I need to reach my fitness goals?"
Be a Goldfish!
That's the mindset.

The odd snack, treat or takeaway isn't going to make a massive difference in the grand scheme of your fitness journey!
So, NEXT TIME, put your shortcomings behind you, get back on track with your eating habits and work hard in the gym.
