I feel like as girls we all go through them weeks and days where we donโt like what we see in them mirror .โฃ

Seeing celebrities like Adele picture being shared I seen so many females write I would pay anything to get what she had done , seen this people write Iโm going to try a shake diet , Iโm depressed looking at her .She actually lifted weights and didnโt starve herself . Please ladies spend time educating yourself on how to make changes .โฃ

STOP for one second and donโt compare your body to other females , you are unique only one of you made . โฃ

STAY CONSISTENT
With fat loss its always a challenge to constantly see your progress, the scales don't always show the true reflection.
If your doing all the right things such as exercise, staying in calorie deficit , keeping hydrated and getting enough sleep then it should be easy RIGHT?
Ladies if only it was that simple for us , things like bloating , salt retention , periods , stress all play a role.
My advice would be to weigh every week instead of everyday , take measurements as you may be losing in inches this is a good thing for you it means your changing in shape.
Take Pictures of yourself naked it helps to spot the fat loss in certain areas.
How are you feeling heading towards the last 8 weeks of 2020 ?

I think Slowing down has helped us appreciate what we have. So many people are going through a rough time right now dealing with COVID and lockdown.
I think itโs so important to be a little kinder to people and to be an ear for people to talk to. For me giving myself time out helps me there ๐ฏ for my Clients .
I love what I do and I wouldnโt change it for the world ๐, getting to help people change their life has to be greatest job.

Before you can look at the most effective workout, You have to look at what the individual goals are?

Body Recomposition
BMI which is something you may have heard in a doctors office or at a weight loss group is height x weight.
Body composition is basically everything that is in the body (muscle, bones and water)
The Goal of body recomposition is to decrease fat mass and increase fat free mass (muscle) through a combination of training and nutrition.
As you go through this process confidence will grow and you will begin to see positive changes in your body.

I canโt express effort how small efforts all add up you may not think your making progress be take it one some step at all time . โฃ

For me my biggest struggle is being consistent at the weekends. Weekdays for us all is easier I think we all can agree with this. โฃ

Iโm human just like all you guys I have days where I hit Mc Donaldโs or days where I love to pig out , but 85% of the time I stick to my calories and Marcos I turn up to train even on days where I donโt want because I know it will add to the grand goal. โฃ
