Wandsworth Community Centre

6 weeks and 12 week places available. Class designed for those who want to improve technique and build upon beginner skills. Suitable for those with back pain.

Course aims to:
*Strengthen deep postural muscles and build muscle tone
*Improve core and pelvic floor strength
*Improve flexibility and mobility
*Improve balance
*Reduce recurring pains and provide better pain management strategies.

Open to all - Happy to integrate Beginners in this class.

Pricing: 6 weeks = £60
12 weeks = £110
