Fantastic days training With Kru Damien Trainor . 2 x muay Thai world champion Trainer of UFC and Belator competitors.
An enormous thanks to Colin Fitzpatrick and the team from SEKKYOKU COMBAT ACADEMY for letting me train and experience an amazing day with the whos who of kickboxing and Muay Thai coaches in the country.
And to Tommy Macafee for training with me and punching kicking the ribs off me all morning lol 🤣 And Stefan Kerr for all the moral support at the sidelines..
