She joins us after a long lay off with an injury and that muscle memory is kicking back in just in time for the seasonal period.

Thursday class will now be mixed and taken by Peter but everyone more than welcome.

Month of May women’s only classes are free so drop down and have a go.

Super proud of our wee warrior Chloe today in her first ever competition. She did so well coming home with silver.

Had an amazing day with the team and nice to see everyone out supporting. This sport is so much more than just medals and these girls are the best.

On to the next one where we will hopefully have the whole squad out for some fun.
