Awesome class tonight with some new faces.

We are at 220-224 York Street Belfast BT15 1GZ every Tuesday night at 7pm for women’s only Bjj. Come along and have some fun with these amazing ladies.

This class is free and you don’t need any special equipment. No need to book, just pop in, We would love to have you.

Congratulations to Caroline on her blue belt tonight.

She joins us after a long lay off with an injury and that muscle memory is kicking back in just in time for the seasonal period.

Super proud of our wee warrior Chloe today in her first ever competition. She did so well coming home with silver.

Had an amazing day with the team and nice to see everyone out supporting. This sport is so much more than just medals and these girls are the best.

On to the next one where we will hopefully have the whole squad out for some fun.
