MIDWEEK MATCHDAY RESULTS

2 games mid-week. Our 1s had the week off as our 2s and 3s took on opposition in wet and thunderous conditions.

Our 2s secured a hard fought 2-1 win against a physical Whitehead Eagles side.

Our 3s managed to run away with the goals with a smashing 6-1 win against Cooke Athletic.

Our 1s were the only squad who had a fixture this weekend, and they made full use of it.

Winning 7-0 against Ballysillan Swifts, getting back to winning ways with an added clean sheet all at home.

Great performance all round!

On behalf of everyone at Belvoir football club we would like to pass on our sincere condolences to the family of Eddie O'Neill on his passing.
Eddie was involved with the club for many years and was a great guy who was very well thought of.

The committee, management, players, and everyone associated with Belvoir Football Club would like to say how saddened we were to hear news of the passing of our dear friend, Reverend Canon Tom Keightly

Tom was a man who genuinely cared for the people of Belvoir Park Estate down through the years, and we are so thankful for his kindness, faithfulness, encouragement, care, and love. He was a constant source of support for so many within our club and the wider community.

We send our deepest condolences to his family, who are very much in our thoughts and prayers at this time. Tom is safe in the presence of Jesus, his Lord, and Saviour.

Our 1s were unable to gain a point against a tough St Malachy side, our 2s and 3s both managed to bring home a point from simalteanous draws.

Our 1s take Rooftop on at home, our 2s travel down the Ards peninsula to challenge Balllywalter Rec and our 3s head to Loughside Playing Fields to go against Grove United III.

Our First team match will now change its venue to Claredon Playing Fields in North Belfast.

Our 1s stay at home to take on Woodvale in the Clarence Cup at an earlier 1.30pm KO for those coming to spectate.

Our 2s travel to Falls Park to take on CSP II and our 3s are away at the Crumlin leisure Centre to face up against Glenavy Youth. Both KO at 2pm.
