absolutely smashing her prep! 20 lbs down and coming into the final phase of her plan!
We have been keeping this one under wraps for quite some time now!
Letting all the hard work and sacrifice do the talking!
Vikki has put serious amounts of effort into bringing the leanest and most confident version of herself to her shoot.
It has been a long long road to get here but it's all going to be worth it on shoot day! 😉
The realities of getting sub-10 % body fat or "really lean" are tbh incredibly challenging.
Insane levels of self-discipline, sacrifices and discipline are required. Endless hours of tough workouts, cardio and restrictive eating are a baseline for the process.
But in my coaching experience. Getting really lean for females is a completely different experience compared to males.
Females fundamentally carry extra body fat for the support of their primary reproductive organs and reproductive capacity. That males do not have to worry about. It's not in your biology 🤣
They carry fat around their hips and chest. They are designed to have body fat around them for their reproductive capacities.
That's not the only complex variable to take into consideration. There are periods, being mothers, holding down jobs and managing businesses. All of these can make just finding the time to "get to the gym" really difficult!
Vikki herself is a mum, a personal trainer and manages her own business serving 20+ clients on a weekly basis.

Jack O'Rorke's Building Phase 🐂
12kg BW increase across the last 12 months! I cannot fault this young man's efforts!
Jack came to me at the age of 17 with some basic knowledge of training and nutrition. A year later it is safe to say he isn't built like a young kid any more 🤣
With his first year of training, we focused on developing the fundamentals. Working on his strength in the basic movement patterns of squat, hinge, push, pull & carries.
He is strong as a bull and boy does he train hard! Doubling the numbers in all of his compound lifts and then some!
He developed his understanding of the importance of nutrition when it came to fuelling sessions effectively and building muscle tissue. Again developing consistency with the fundamentals. Calorie control, understanding macronutrients, and the importance of regular protein feedings.
This young man has an insane work ethic, training 4-5 times per week, and showing great commitment and self-discipline!

Robert each week...

"Doctors told me if I didn't take steroids in my knees and back, I wouldnt be walking by the age of 30"
This is what the doctors told my man Kenny. Truth be told Kenny has proved them all wrong.
Kenny is probably the one of the most hard working, humble and interesting clients I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
A little background on him...
Smoking at the age of 10.
Addicted to hard drugs aged 13.
Homeless aged 14.
Struggled with his mental and physical health all his life.
Most people would not be able to turn that type of trauma around.
But Kenny is a different type of person.
The results he has achieved in such little space of time speak volumes for his character.
In just 4 months Kenny has transformed his physique and confidence in himself.
I laugh now at the first time this young man entered the gym, shy, unconfident, I think he spoke 9 words the whole session (of which 6 were f**k) and a strong gust of wind would have blown him out the door.
Kenny suffers from PTSD and coming into the gym in itself was a really intimidating process.
The first time he came in to train solo, someone asked him how many sets he had left on a machine. To which Kenny just freaked out, got up and left the gym entirely.
Now Kenny is 3 times per week consistently killing it!
Kenny started 8 stone 5 (54kg) and we have worked through a gaining phase. Focusing on maintaining the tissue he builds. No yo-yo. Maintenance is key.
Kenny has now gained a total of 18lbs (8kg) and the results speak for themselves.
Getting to guide this young man in his journey of self improvement has been an absolute pleasure. Stuff like this really makes me appreciate being a coach.

Online Client Transformation
patton.710 phased into online training over 3 months ago and continued to stay on point with his plan.
Over a year and a half, Luke lost over 90 lbs and kept it off. No rebounds! Huge win!
Not only has his changed his physique. He has developed an iron mindset.
One that had enabled him to maintain his results and begin to set even bigger goals to work towards.

Re-Comp phase well under way 👌
first actually came to me through my massage services, with an injury in his back. Which was plaguing his grappling game.
Coming from a Bjj background, our first port of call was to rehab the injury and address the imbalances in his body. To get rid of the issue for good.
So, the first month entailed solely mobility and bodyweight work.
We already started in a really good starting position. Lean and athletic.
Stage 1 was addressing the nutrition. We increased the food just slightly. Nothing mental. A slight surplus of 200 kcal. Regular protein feedings spread across the day. Timing carbohydrates more effectively around workouts.
Stage 2 we theb built structure into his workouts, focusing on functional work, tonnes of pullups, deads, rows, and squats. While also working on his aerobic conditioning to improve his strength and endurance, too crossover onto the mats.
The results speak for themselves. The physique is coming in tighter week on week even with the increase in food.
This just goes to show the importance of food for increasing lean muscle tissue and also improving performance.
