I will be teaching at the Little Yoga House (corner of Cregagh Road and Ardenlee Avenue) on 1st/8th/ 15th and 22nd October 2.30 – 3.30pm. Class suitable for 4 – 10 year olds

Yoga starting back after summer break at the Black Mountain Zen centre 11am on Saturday 8th September. Classes continue on Monday nights at Edenmore 7.30 - 8.30 pm and begin again on Tuesdays in Cascades in Portadown next Tuesday 11th at 7.30 pm. See ya on the mat ... # # #
