Meet one of my RISE regulars, Orla

From her very first session, she was committed to showing up and that’s exactly what she’s done ever since.

What’s been great to see is how she’s grown into training.

Movements that once felt new like squats, deadlifts, press-ups are now a real strength.

Her technique, confidence, and control have all come on massively.

RISE fits in perfectly with her lifestyle too. Between golf and regular treks in the Mourne Mountains, she’s someone who’s always active and training has helped her stay strong, move well, improve balance and avoid injury while continuing to enjoy everything she does outside the gym.

Her consistency is what really stands out. She shows up, puts the work in, and stays dedicated week in, week out.

I’m looking forward to many more years of training Orla and seeing that progress continue, year after year.

Meet Simran who juggles a busy schedule and works all hours, and finding time to train isn't always easy.

Instead of overcomplicating things, we focused on making it work. Short, effective sessions, home workouts, and small adjustments to food that actually fit into her lifestyle.

Meet Anna Stu,

With her wedding day fast approaching, Anna has given everything.

Meet Michael…

From the start, the focus wasn’t on anything extreme. We built consistency through strength training 3-4 times per week, improved his food choices, and reduced alcohol to support his goals.

The results speak for themselves.

Michael has lost 10kg, while also building a significant amount of muscle along the way. What’s even more impressive is the strength he’s developed, going from not lifting at all to becoming one of the strongest clients I work with.

A lot of people in the gym are stuck doing the same routine for years.

Over the past few months inside Revolution, three clients had great results and they all started in the same place.

They felt overwhelmed by the gym and confused by all the advice online.

So we simplified things.

• A clear training structure
• Progression week to week
• Accountability check-ins

They also realised they weren’t getting enough protein in their diet.

Once those things were in place, the results followed.

Between the three of them they lost 6kg–20kg, built confidence in the gym and changed their food habits.

Not every client wants their photos shared publicly — and that’s absolutely fine.

The next Revolution program starts Monday and I’m only taking 2 new people.

Meet Yifan…

She was fully committed to the process from the very start.

Yifan followed the program, focused on making better food choices, and worked on improving some of her old dietary habits step by step.

Yifan has lost a healthy 5kg, noticed a big improvement in her energy levels, and now genuinely enjoys her training sessions. One of the biggest wins has been the confidence she has built to train in the gym on her own.
