With holidays coming up, your routine might not look perfect — and that’s okay. 👊
The goal isn’t perfection, it’s consistency.
Even if you can’t train the way you normally do, doing something will always beat doing nothing. A shorter session, a walk, a quick workout, or simply staying active all counts.
A few simple ways to stay on track:
• Keep movement part of your day
• Focus on consistency over intensity
• Don’t let one off day become a week
• Prioritise hydration & sleep
• Remember progress comes from what you do consistently, not occasionally
•Select the healthiest food choice you can and don’t over indulge on access calories.
Training during holiday periods at this time of year is less about chasing perfection and more about keeping momentum.
