SU***DE PREVENTION DAY


Su***de is definitely something that should not go unnoticed!! But unfortunately it’s very hard to detect and notice as we all know !!!.

As someone who has suffered from depression I understand how hard it is to tell someone, I had mentally planned my own su***de which is what I felt was best for me at the time, I was fortunate enough that my gf(my child’s mother) at the time noticed the changes in me and forced me to talk to people even tho its was something I didn’t want to do!!.

What I’m trying to tell you is, things really do get better as long as you are willing to participate in the process,.

For anyone willing to help themselves and stand up as someone that needs help, I’m want to do my best to help you aswell, .

Few simple weight loss tips;

Calorie deficit;
People often think that just eating clean is enough to lose weight, you could eat clean but always be in a surplus so counting cals in important!!! Which is made simple by using MyFitnessPal.

No Fizzy Drinks Allowed;

Fizzy drinks are great examples of what we would call “empty calories”. In other words, foods that are mostly packed with simple sugars that offer no additional nutrition benefits besides instant energy. Drinking a full 330 ml of fizzy drinks is equivalent to having 6 to 8 tablespoons of sugar. That’s roughly 140 calories with no added vitamins or minerals.

Have a Weekly Cheat-Meal to Boost Metabolism;

Having a weekly cheat meal can, in fact, favour weight loss.

A cheat meal will boost metabolism and ensure the body keeps burning calories at a higher rate. Just make sure a cheat meal doesn’t turn into a cheat weekend or cheat week, it’s easy to overindulge on foods we crave most, so decide in advance which food you want to have for your cheat meal.
