Your health and fitness is multidimensional- physically, mentally, spiritually. Let's explore! At the tender age of eighteen, I became a single mum.

I'm a mum of two, a Personal Trainer, a Fitness Professional, Mindset Coach and Educator

Life hasn't always been easy. I struggled with my health, my energy, my weight, my self esteem, poverty and the ability to love my self. Life is very different now. I have the privilege of helping others find fulfillment in their own personal walks, to realise their true potential and take hold of a life desi

Would you like a crash course in how to live in your best body if you’re over 35? You know, the point when the rules seem to change. You feel more fatigued, you start to put weight on around the middle, and what you used to do you just can’t get away with anymore?!

Hi! My name is Alexandra Sikiniotis and I’ve been a holistic health coach/PT for over 25 years. I have two daughters and I’m nearly 47. I coach women on a daily basis through the changes we all face and help them understand how to ride that wave.

Less is more. Except for when it comes to calories.

The kindest way to shed unwanted fat is slowly, sticking as close as you can to your maintenance calories… if it’s all Greek to you, let this Greek girl guild you 🫡

My accountability groups are designed for REAL women, from all walks of life and back grounds. I will lead you in a sustainable, time friendly way into gentle transformation. Nothing is ever generic, because you’re not.

We start May 3rd in time to feel more comfortable in your body for the summer months ☀️

Let me know if you want more info below.

Big love ❤️

No make up, no lighting, hair needs to be washed… and yet, someone took the time to build me up. Trust me, doesn’t happen that often in this industry. It cost nothing to be genuinely sweet - she’s reminded me to remember to always find the beauty ❤️

Oh I eat intuitively… how’s that going for you? Sure, if your muscle mass is high, your adrenals are not cooked, your cortisol is healthy, your visceral fat is low, you sleep well, you’re not anxious, and you’re not carrying more subcutaneous fat (the fat that isn’t dangerous) than you want to, then scroll on by.

However, this is NOT most women once they hit 40. I know because this is who I coach day in, day out.

The things you got away with before, lack of sleep, booze, fasting or starving for long periods of time, processed food, now feel like they might kill you… and slowly, they probably are.

We have to cut through the bs of the wellness industry that promotes “intuition” which is not based in discipline or functional human behaviour.

Your feelings are not your intuition. And guess what, intuition has been dumbed down by the modern world to a place where we convince ourselves that our conditioning and filters are our truth 🙄

The truth is that wisdom is collective, and intuitive wisdom is cultivated. Hurt people hurt people. Abused people do not recognise abuse. Sick people do not recognise health.

Living intuitively has to start with learning the basics of health: body, mind, and emotions. Once you have done this over and over again, then it becomes part of you. Ask anyone who has transformed their life.

Women over 40 need consistency in a way that honours a cyclical shift from maiden to master.

Strength is relearned. Health is relearned. And then the energy shifts into a place of deep intuition ❤️

Join me in May for an intimate coaching group and transform your health, life and energy. Leave a comment below or DM for details 🦋

I guess the real question is - why are women so reluctant to rest?

Why have we been taught, subtly and consistently, to push through… when rest is actually where the magic happens?

I’m not talking about being sedentary. I’m talking about the woman who shows up. The one who knows movement matters. The one committed to her long-term health.

But women are cyclical.
In the lead-up to our period, and during it, our physiology is asking for rest. And yet so many of us ignore it.

The inability to rest isn’t discipline - it’s disconnection.

If you feel uneasy slowing down… if you can’t relax unless you’ve “earned it”… that’s not strength. That’s a disconnect from your own body. And this flows into every area of our lives, not just our exercise schedule!

We’ve been conditioned to believe:
– If we don’t exercise every day, we’ll lose our attractiveness
– If we slow down, we fall behind
– If we rest, we’re lazy

But constantly pushing is what creates burnout, hormonal disruption, and long-term health issues.

Honey, your body is not meant to perform the same every day.

Train with your cycle, not against it:

Days 1-5: Rest & recover
Light walking, gentle yoga, mobility, or full rest

Days 6-14: Build & push
Strength training, HIIT, running, higher energy workouts

Days 15-23: Maintain & adjust
Moderate strength, Pilates, steady cardio, slower movement

Days 24-28: Slow down & reset
Low intensity movement, walking, stretching, recovery

This isn’t about doing less. It’s about doing what’s right for your body. Pushing through isn’t the badge of honour we were taught it was.

What the world needs now is women who know when to move… and when to rest.

And if the world isn’t ready for that?
We take our power back anyway.

Our metabolic health depends on it.
Intelligent training over chaos.

WE ARE NOT SMALL MEN ❤️
