Whether you are looking to get fit, build confidence or just meet new friends we are happy for you to join us. The club is open to both juniors and seniors with Seven fully trained coaches ready and willing to teach you the best possible skills and training techniques available. We also have ladies Box Fit on Tuesday and Thursday nights
