Too many players hope to have a good performance on Game Day.
The reality is, you can control how the majority of games go for you.
By setting yourself in the best way to maximise your performance.
That might sound complicated. Or there might be 100 thoughts coming into your head on how to do it.

Youâre at the most exciting stage of the season, but you feel more stressed than ever
Championship should be a period you enjoy. Enjoying the buzz around the place â¨â¨Knowing youâve done the work to be in the best position to perform.
Looking forward to each session and game. â¨â¨Embracing the challenge of whatâs to come. â¨â¨But the reality is youâre more anxious now than you have been all season. â¨â¨Youâre wondering if youâve done enough. â¨â¨Maybe youâre minding a few niggles, not feeling 100% confident in the body. â¨â¨Youâre seeing players you know youâre better than outperforming you in sessions. You know theyâre doing nowhere near as much work as you.â¨â¨Wondering why you arenât hitting those levels.â¨â¨You hold yourself to a certain standard and when youâre not hitting it, it pi**es you off. â¨â¨You question everything youâre doing. â¨â¨That doubt throughout the week starts creeping into Game Day. â¨â¨âWill I get exposed? What if I donât perform?ââ¨â¨Not the questions you want to be answering 40 mins before throw in. â¨â¨Any player I speak to wants to feel quietly confident going into a game. Rightly so
â¨You put so much time and energy into it, at the very least you want to feel like itâs been worthwhile and youâre in a good place. â¨â¨That is confidence comes from knowing the works been done in the background. â¨â¨Youâre probably doing a lot of the right work on paper. â¨â¨But itâs the right type of work in the right amounts at the right times that brings the magic. â¨â¨Laying the foundations over the off season and pre season. Building throughout the league and now coming into your peak come championship time.â¨â¨If youâve done that right youâll be confident in your own ability and youâll back yourself to let it out come Game Day.â¨â¨After that, the result will look after itself. â¨â¨Thatâs how we build confidence - nailing everything thatâs in our control.â¨â¨If youâre not feeling confident right now, Iâm sure thereâs a missing piece in the puzzle. â¨â¨We help remove the guesswork, and take the pressure off you. â¨â¨So all you need to do is execute on the plan and empty the tank come Game Day with the confidence all the boxes have been ticked

So many players pigeon hole themselves into 1 or 2 areas.
Areas that feel natural to them.
Anything after that isnât worth working on.
And then you wonder why youâre not at the level you know you can get to
Anything to do with physical performance can be improved and developed.
We canât help you put the ball over the bar.
But we can definitely make you faster, fitter, stronger and more explosive.
