💜 Each Sunday at CHANGE, we pause and create space to set up the week ahead with intention.
Life is full of roles. Work, school runs, shopping, responsibilities. They all matter and they all get done.
But happiness often lives in the moments between. The small pockets of time where you choose what lights you up.
When you make space for those moments, happiness grows. And so do you.
So today, take 10 minutes. Write down your moments. The ones that bring joy, calm or energy into your week.
