Neilpilates Antenatal Class Maximum of 5 per class. Pay £3 only, normal price £4. The LA Fitness class costs £4 per class due to it being a 45 minute class.

Antenatal Pilates class taught by Neil Healey. 5.00pm on Saturdays and 3.45pm Sundays £40 for 5 sessions which do not need to be taken consecutively. I am a Pilates Institute (London) instructor and have my Pilates for Pregnancy qualification through the Pilates Institute (London). Although the antenatal class is the the most suitable class it is perfectly possible at any stage of your pregnancy t

o take part in any of my beginner classes. You should ring me prior to attending your first class so that I can get some background information such as how many weeks you are, your general health,have you any Pilates experience etc. If are into your second trimester please bring a pillow with you to the class

If you have access to a Membership Plus or PERKS discount card, you don't need to be the named person on the card, you get 25% off the Friday 12:30 LA Fitness class each time you attended!! You can also get 25% off your first 1-2-1 or your first 6 lessons at the classes at Jacqui Philpott's Dance Studio & St Bernadette's Parish Centre, £22.50 instead of £30!! Classes at Jacqui Philpott's Dance Studio & St Bernadette's Parish Centre, cost £36 for 6 lessons, which, unlike the Crescent Arts Centre classes, do not need to be taken consecutively, or £7 per class. Friday LA Fitness, Adelaide Street, 12:30 - 13:15 N.B. this class is open to public and you do not require membership of LA Fitness to attend this class. I teach two evening classes in LA Fitness, Adelaide Street in Belfast's city centre which were exclusively for members but now I can enroll 5 non-members for each class. You can enroll for a 8 week course at a cost of £48.00. The classes last 1 hour and are on Tuesday at 18:30 and Wednesday at 17:30. to enroll call me on 02890583228 / 07919172941 or e-mail me on [email protected]. If you have a Yoga/exercise mat you should bring it for classes in St Bernadette's and Jacqui Philpott's although I do supply a limited number of mats. You need to bring a mat to the International House class. Mats are supplied at LA Fitness. I also do 1-2-1 sessions in my studio at weekends. 1-2-1 sessions are tailored to your needs and last for 1 hour at a cost of £30. You will be able to use equipment such as stability balls, a stability disc, dumbbells, medicine balls, core rollers and flex bands of various strengths.
