What does this mean for you? Absolutely no changes to your classes - however, this page will soon be deactivated, and all of our content, events and updates will be found on the NI Dancesport page (which many of you already follow!)

We are wrapping up our final classes as Live To Dance EU this week, and after a Christmas break, will be returning for a new term as NI Dancesport.

💜 An Important Update About Our Future 💜

We're pleased to share some exciting news about the evolution of our organisation. After 10 years of growth and development, Live to Dance EU will be rebranding to NI Dancesport starting January 2026.

What does this mean?

✨ No changes to your classes

✨ If you're subscribed to our newsletter, you will be transferred to the new mailing list

✨ All of our classes will be listed on nidancesport.co.uk

We're excited about this new chapter and grateful to have you with us as we continue to celebrate and promote dance across the region. We'll share more updates as we approach the transition date.

Friday 28th November 2025 - no usual ballroom class as we are at the NI Dancesport Gala Ball at the Dunadry Hotel. Music with Chris Dallat, playing a mixture of Ballroom, Latin, Salsa, Classical, and Modern Sequence.

Our dancers will be taking part in the 5 social dancing competitions, open to everyone - Slow Waltz, Lilac Waltz, Sweetheart Waltz, Salsa & Jive.

What a weekend! 🤩🤩

Yesterday, some of our dancers travelled to Dublin for the Dancesport Federation of Ireland Autumn Classic, and came home with a HUGE trophy haul! 🏅

🏆 Nicola McHugh won 1st place in four events:

🏆 Russell Johnston won 1st place in Senior D Class Student/Teacher Ballroom

Last but not least, a big thank you to Bobby, who did not compete but made the trip with us to be our official videographer and offer moral support on the day!📹🥰

We are so proud of our wonderful students, who represented both Live To Dance EU and NI Dancesport in a big way!

We'd like to wish all of our students who will be representing NI Dancesport and competing in the Dancesport Federation of Ireland Autumn Classic tomorrow 🤩

Our students are competing across a range of categories, and will be joined by Adele for the Student/Teacher categories too!

Congratulations to Claire and Russell, aka The Waltzing Johnsons, who have been adding to their medal collection once again! This weekend, they competed at The North Of Britain Open Titles at the Blackpool Winter Gardens, and came home with:

🏅 7th Intermediate Ballroom

Claire and Russell are students trained by Adele at Live to Dance EU, who have been representing NI Dancesport at various competitive dancing events! We are very proud of all their hard work.

If you would like to join our competitive team, please feel free to drop us a message! We are building a team of dancers of all ages, abilities and all levels of experience, including total beginners, so don't be shy! There are even solo categories, so don't worry if you haven't got a partner!
