Just to let everyone know; DEL did not extend our funding for the Apprenticeships programme for 2010/2011. This means all learners registered with Food and Drink Sector Skills will move to a new Supplier.
Please note this change will not affect your training programme. You will still be able to complete your training programme and gain your full Modern Apprenticeship certificate.

Our training partners Scottish Meat Training organised an excellent skills competition aimed specifically at butchers. Many of the contenders were Food and Drink Sector Skills Apprentices in Retail Butchery. Geoff, our Business Development Manager presented our apprentices with their NVQ certificates
