Well well everyone, its been a minute!! It's been a crazy few years for me🫣
Never thought I'd see the day where I'd be back into fitness / taking classes again. But I have sooo much planned for 2023 and I want to get back into things 🙌
Here's a little snippet of where I've been at and where I'm at now! Life has been a roller-coaster and gym/fitness was the least of my priorities but were back better than ever and fully motivated 💪💪

Motherhood is just amazing, very tiring but shes worth all the bags under my eyes😂
I'll be back as soon as I can in the new year to torture everyone including myself, cant blame roschá anymore for the no training excuses🙈
