Seriously slacking on social media recently, but don’t worry crew that means I’m definitely not slacking on real life!
I’ve been working hard over here, with you guys in the studio, on my own knowledge, and on a very exciting new project that I’m so excited to share with you🤩
I have just finished a great pre/postnatal workshop with the incredibly knowledgeable and you can swipe for my face in last week’s instructor hub lunge. 😬

Evenings in the studio are just so beautiful at the minute, the sun sets between the trees, bathing my precious reformer and wonderful clients in the most amazing light 🌅

I think I am genuinely the luckiest Mama in the world, I am absolutely blessed with the coolest tiny helper and constantly curious little independent soul👧🏼
Motherhood is not a role I take lightly, I am privileged and honoured every day to know this joy. My heart goes to all of the wonderful women still patiently waiting on their turn or the ones with only memories to hold or the women silently grieving. To the carers, the fosterers, the Nannas, the adoptive mamas, all of the wonderful women working hard to support these tiny souls. Happy Day💕💕
