In light of the heartbreaking disruption around our city, I’ve decided to switch tonights Pilates class to an free online yoga class at 6pm. If there was a time to ground ourselves, this is it. It’s tempting to skip your class when the sun is shining, even a short class will help you feel better overall and help you meet your goals. Not to mention the studio is beautiful with the sunlight coming in.
