Technique is based on explosive power output, driving forcefully though feet hamstrings and contracting glutes hard at the top

Helps with bracing and overall explosiveness and building up strength in hips lower portion doing these weekly as eradicated any lower back issues - super strong glutes is the goal

We also incorporate in lighter loads with isometric pauses to challenge the short end
