The Importance of Staples:
This has been my go-to breakfast for 10+ years—because in CrossFit, consistency beats complexity.
But “staple” doesn’t mean fixed. This meal flexes with my needs: I might drop to one bagel, skip the turkey sausages, or cut the cheese and milk depending on the day. On this particular day the honey over the eggs was a treat 🍯
Same foundation, adjusted as necessary.
Fuel isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Please note that I’m not a nutritionist and advising you must eat this meal to progress, simply that it’s something that I’ve found works for me and developed it over time. Feel free to take elements and adjust to suit you’re own individual needs 🍽️
