I did it - London Marathon #8. warmer than ideal conditions but very happy with the result 😁

Santa arrived early at the studio and delivered 12 lovely new spine correctors. Thanks to his little helper ( ) they’re all installed and ready to go 😁

Taster Reformer Class anyone??

I'm running a couple of drop-in reformer classes on Wednesday this week (9th July). 12.30pm & 6pm - £20

On Wednesdays the toys come out. It’s a full day of reformer classes and private sessions at the studio…

Another Monday, another marathon medal to add to the collection - my 25th!!! This one was a bit different. It wasn’t about achieving a time, but rather running alongside a relay team, and providing a bit of company on the course. I’m not going to lie, it was tough! Maybe it was because it was my second marathon in 7 days or maybe it was because I was out there for almost an hour longer than I usually would, but my legs certainly felt it!!

Another weekend, another marathon!!!

Little bit different this time as I'll be accompanying relay team number 11920 - aka FIONA'S FABULOUS FIVE - around the streets (and hills) of Belfast 😬
