So excited to be teaching a new style of class tonight, we will focus on relaxation and breathing techniques while mobilising, strengthening and stretching the body. Can't wait to get started Thursdays 6.45pm. Only 8 spaces per class so booking is essential - link in bio. Classes are low impact and suitable for all levels including complete beginners.

Don’t panic if you haven’t been to class in ages! New ‘Back to Basics’ 6 week yoga courses starting Thursday 16th September. Gentle Hatha Yoga at 5.45pm and Yin Yoga at 7pm with Sarah. Small class sizes with focus on breath awareness and relaxation techniques. Low impact and suitable for all, including complete beginners. Block booking for 6 week courses and PAYG options available:

Can't believe it's September, maybe the end of summer but what a perfect time to reflect and set new routines and rituals as we move into autumn. I'm loving being back to 'real life' yoga and definitely zoom fatigued. So excited to be launching new classes at Dundonald Physiotherapy Clinic starting very soon- watch this space!
