Here we have my good friend Lauren. She came to me in my early PT days and was one of my first success stories. She joined back in January and has lost a fantastic 2 and half stone. This is through hard work and consistency. She's the strongest and fitness she's ever been. And loves a wee 5k run these days 🤣 Here's a little about how she's enjoyed her time with me.

I've been training on and off with Helen for 9 years now, and she's the best wee PT out there! She's so supportive and kind and keeps me in check when she needs to! I usually go back to her for big events, but with getting older and being in a physical job, I wanted to get fitter and healthier in general. We've been training for 7 months this time, and I'm 2.5 stone down and still going. I'm feeling motivated and grateful to Helen for sticking with me! I don't even cry when I run anymore 🤣

HM Fitness had another wonderful year.

As a group of women, we celebrated each others successes and helped build one another up with the heartache that some experienced 💔
We had such laughs, cried at the toughest of sessions, and lived for the weekly therapy sessions 🤣

Two baby girls born 👩🏻‍🍼
Family members and friends lost 💔
But together, training was the one constant in everyone's life!!!

Whether it was online zoom, personal training, SGPT, Wispa, or gym classes.

Roisin and I go back a really long time. She struggled with a knee injury and joined me in the gym alongside her son. Covid then came, and she moved online to do the Zoom bootcamps. Once life got back to normal, she got back into her beloved running and joined a new running club. It brings her so much happiness. Alongside the running, she now does my online Zoom bootcamps again. Never misses a session. She's fantastic!

I had previously been part of Helen’s Boot Camp a few years back and knew just how good it was for me both physically and, more importantly, mentally. So, having struggled with injuries, etc, i decided it was time to get back to fitness and mental well-being. This is now my fourth boot camp in a row, and I'm enjoying the benefits to the full. My shape has improved as has my fitness, and I feel more balanced. The early start suits my busy working day, and after it, I feel equipped to take on whatever comes my way. I feel a sense of achievement when I finish my workout, and this also gives me a good sense of well-being. The great thing I love about Helen's camp is that it's simple yet effective and everyone can do it as all it requires is you to work at your level. There's no specialised equipment or previous experience required, just your determination to feel better about yourself.

Here is Leanne. Leanne wanted to be part of a small group but had no gym experience, so we done 3 one to one Personal training sessions to learn techniques, exercises and moving weight correctly before joining in with the other girls.
She is smashing it. A busy working mummy whose kids play lots of sports. She's finding 3 hours a week for herself. Great job, Leanne. Roll on the Christmas break for you.

I started with Helen in January this year. At the time, my energy levels were in my boots. I was constantly tired and was out of puff doing basic everyday jobs. I'd done team sports in the past, but never gym sessions or strength training. I had heard about Helen through a client and thought I would give it a try. After reaching out to Helen, she put my mind at ease straight away and made me feel really welcome at classes. The sessions were really tough, but Helen adapted the exercises to suit all our levels. Since January, I have lost a stone and feel more comfortable in my clothes and in myself. But what I have noticed more than anything is that my energy levels are through the roof! My mood has improved dramatically, and I actually look forward to classes now it’s like a piece of heaven in a busy family life. I am looking forward to getting stronger and fitter with Helen in 2025 💪

Busy, working Mum, Angela, who also lives across the water, in England contacted me in the summer to start Online Zoom Bootcamp. She had enough!! Time to prioritise herself again ✨️ Ohh and she's also my beautiful cousin, who I feel lucky to get to see now 3 times a week via zoom 😊

I have been doing Helen’s boot camp since the start of September. I can not recommend it enough. I was very nervous about starting as my fitness levels were so low, but it has been fantastic. I’ve never done anything like it before, and bar the odd swim, hadn’t exercised much at all since having my children (so nearly seven years). The DOMS was tough at the start, but I am so so glad I stuck with it. I’ve lost 11 pounds, have so much more energy, and feel so much better about myself. One of the things I love the most about it is convenience. As a busy working mum with two small children and a commute into London a few days a week, there is no way I would be able to consistently exercise if it wasn’t for Helen’s boot camp. I love that I just dial into the Zoom class from my kitchen when the children are asleep and can still make it into the office on time, having started my day with a good dose of endorphins. And I am absolutely delighted with steady weight loss, as that’s something I have found really hard to achieve. I would recommend it to anyone who is tight on time but wants to get results. I would also encourage anyone who is new to fitness to just bite the bullet and start: Helen and the whole group are so supportive, and you will not regret it. Under Helen’s guidance, you will see improvements quickly - I went from not being able to do a single proper press up to a couple of months later, being able to do a decent amount. I would also encourage anyone living across the water in England (or elsewhere!) to give it a go. The beauty of it is you can dial in from anywhere, so get booking!

Leah, 'The Queen of Burpees.' The kindest, hard working girl I know. Gives every session 100% and some more. Never complains when she's being pushed pass her limits, just gets it done 👏 2025 is a big year for her. I can wait to be part of it 👰💒💍

I started training with Helen back in 2023. This was the start of my personal training journey. From PT once a week and also doing class weekly.
Helen helped me to improve aesthetics, build strength, and enhance overall fitness. We spent time learning proper form for basic movements (squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc.)
I have gained more confidence and feeling stronger each week. Helen has always encouraged me to push even harder in each session. I completed another 10k run back in March 2024 with the help from Helen.
I’m getting married in May 2025, and I have new goals set for next year, which I know with the help from Helen I will succeed.
I no longer use the scales as I was weighting myself daily. My clothes fit better. This is a big factor for me as I was becoming obsessed. Helen has gotten me out of the horrible routine!
I am looking forward to 2025 with the help from Helen!

She's so shy 😉 and quiet🤣. Leanne has trained with me for years consistently, in different groups, making friends everywhere she goes and welcoming anyone new who joins. She's loved by everyone! Team player 👏. 2024 has been an amazing year, with everything clicking into place, having the perfect balance with living a fulfilled life, when maintaining her weight. Proud of you, Leanne. I started with Helen a number of years back and then covid hit where I continued with the online Zoom classes. Even though these were amazing and kept my fitness levels up, I couldn’t wait to get back to the gym. I have been going to pure class fitness for a few years now in the small group sessions on Tuesdays & Thursdays/ Saturdays and it has become a part of my daily routine., I couldn’t do without it. It has improved me massively both physically & and mentally, and I have met the best group of girls whom I would now call friends. I would recommend Helens training to everyone. Not only have the scales dropped, I feel so much fitter & stronger. Helen provides so much support & always pushes me that step further.

Here we have Maria, a working mummy, who has found her love for training and is making time for HERSELF again. Us women often lose a little bit of ourselves when we become mummies. I think a lot of you will relate to Maria.

I started small group training with Helen in June 2024 as I had 2 young children & felt I'd totally lost myself in my role as mummy both physically & mentally. Immediately, the support of the amazing women in my group & Coach Helen's supportive but firm approach to weight training & meal planning had me feeling better in a few short weeks.
As I kept up with my 3 sessions a week & learned many tips to hit my protein goals, I noticed myself feeling stronger & my clothes were fitting so much better. Even my workmates started to notice my hard work paying off!
Now I'm 7 months into training & it has worked wonders for me. I've dropped almost a stone in weight & dropped inches around my waist, arms & legs. These physical changes, as well as the peace & contentment in terms of my mental health, have been life changing! I've made my training sessions a non-negotiable in our family calendar & I look forward to seeing the continued changes.

Here is Regina, she's the funniest lady, who has smashed her first couple of months at Online zoom bootcamp

As a lady in my 50s I'd lost my way in terms of fitness and exercise and im sure im not alone when i say that. From childhood into my 40s I'd always liked doing some form of regular exercise whether it be camogie as a teen, swimming in my 20s, G4MO, walking or just going to gym in my 30s& 40s.
Then, after covid, i needed to 'wise up and do something'. So, I joined the leisure centre and religiously paid my monthly membership. That was like a New Year's resolution, pay and dont use. So, rolling on to September 2024, my daughter was so fed up listening to me complaining about my fitness that she gifted me with a voucher for Helens bootcamp as a birthday present. (Oh boy.. 6am sessions, 3 times a week for 4 weeks. I work full time and have lots of travel to fit in. How will i manage, and did i want to?? What was my daughter thinking)
Then came 30th September, Day 1 - 6am. I must confess I was really apprehensive. It had been a while. 620am day 1. and I didn't think I wanted to be Helens friend anymore 😂 I was exhausted, extremely sweaty or should I say glowing 😆 and sore (but it was the good kind of sore & Helen is actually really lovely and very encouraging).
Rolling onto week 4 session 12, by 6.40am 3 times a week I had completed the 4 week fitness sessions in the comfort of my own home and still manage to make work for 8am with a spring in my step and a smile on my face. I'd survived! So, i decided to keep it up, pleasantly surprising myself and my daughter.
My clothes fit so much better, I've toned up and have noticed my shape starting to change after only 3 months.... Thank you Helen!!
But, exercise is soo much more than creating a well sculpted figure. Sometimes in life we all suffer in silence and have things we don't like to talk about or admit. Pressure of daily life can sometimes be stressful and leave us feeling slightly under the weather. I woke this morning at 3am over thinking and feeling sorry for myself, dragged myself out of bed and 1 minute into the zoom I felt amazing.
One piece of advice, just do it. You will have no regrets
