We are delighted to announce that our Learn to Bowl Programme will start on Tuesday 8th September 2026 and is available to Vitality members and non-members.

This 6-week course is suitable for children aged 8 and over, and adults.

Under the guidance of Northern Ireland Tenpin Bowling Federation coaches, you will learn the fundamentals of tenpin bowling, including the techniques to start scoring strikes like a pro.

📢CUSTOMER REMINDER 📢

We wish to remind customers and Vitality members of the upcoming temporary closure of the entrance road to the centre from the mini roundabout.

From Monday 27 July for a period of 10 weeks, customers should enter and exit from the Old Dundonald Road/ Escapade entrance or via the underpass at the caravan park from the main roundabout.

✅All car parks will remain fully accessible and there will no disruption to business for customers throughout the construction stage.

Online booking opens today for our upcoming Inclusive Ice Skating sessions which will take place next Friday 31st July 2026.

❄ Disability Sled
⏱ 3.30pm–4.30pm
Suitable for individuals aged 4 years and over with physical or mobility-related disabilities. Participants can use our specially adapted sledges, designed with two skate blades, a supportive metal frame and a plastic seat.

⛸ Disability Skate
⏱ 3.30pm–4.30pm
Ideal for individuals aged 4 years and over with sensory sensitivities or non-mobility-related disabilities. Specialised height-adjustable skating aids are available and are suitable for users up to a maximum weight of 220lb.

Beginning Tuesday 28th July, this brand-new six-week programme is designed for children aged 8 – 17 years, who are ready to move from ice skating basics to hockey-specific skills.

Delivered by fully qualified and insured coaches, the programme will cover:
🔸An introduction to ice hockey skills
🔸Stick handling and passing
🔸Positioning and basic tactics
🔸Small-area games to develop gameplay understanding

📆Date: Every Tuesday for 6 weeks starting Tuesday 28th July
⏱️Time: 8.15pm – 9.00pm
✅Cost: £55 for Vitality Members, £70 for non-members

This brand-new six-week programme begins on Tuesday 28th July and is suitable for children aged 8 – 17 years who want to start their journey into ice hockey!

Delivered by professional ice skaters and experienced ice hockey players, your child will learn how to:

🔹Turn, stop, and control
🔹Build confidence on the ice
