Group training is an excellent environment to further develop goalkeeping skills. Players are able to work together and help each other improve. In group training sessions, we are able to introduce multi-player drills. Goalkeepers are able to train and compete with goalkeepers of the same age and ability. Group training sessions provide a positive and competitive environment for developing goalkeepers.
8-WEEK TRAINING
This is an 8-week intensive, professionally structured program for goalkeepers, ages 10-18 that are already experienced at either a fundamental or advanced level and are searching for a demanding training environment. Players will be grouped accordingly after evaluation session. Groups are very small, only 8 players permitted in EACH session. Please note that this is an intensive program is geared for players that are truly serious about their development. ELITE TEAM TRAINING
Communication and understanding are critical for a cohesive team. Your goalkeeper is your last line of defence and the first line of attack. They can see the entire pitch and should direct the defence. Each player on the pitch should know what the goalkeeper is expecting from them. Safe Hands offers team training sessions that cover:
