Knowledge is power!
You can train everyday and not see progression because you might not be hitting muscle groups correctly, fully extending or perhaps the rep ranges arent correct! Everybodys bodoes are different. There are many different reasons why you might not be seeing progression.

Hiring a personal trainer can give you more knowledge on exercises and help you see results.

And remember
It takes 4 weeks for you to see changes

It takes 8 weeks for friends and family to notice changes

12 weeks for the rest of the world to see you progress πŸ’ͺ

DONT GIVE UP!

Lots of people stuggle with 'healthy eating' some people believe its cutting out food groups. When really a balanced diet can be achieved by eating the roght amounts of each food group.

1. Eat plenty of fruit and veg - It's recommended that we eat at least five portions of a variety of fruit and veg every day. It's easier than it sounds. Try encorperating fresh fruit and veg into your meals for example cut strawberries and mix it with porriage for breakfast. Have a fruit salad for you mid morning snack.

2. Cut down on saturated fats and sugars. You dont need to cut them out - We all need some fat in our diet, but it's important to pay attention to the amount and type of fat we're eating. There are two main types of fat: saturated and unsaturated. Too much saturated fat can increase the amount of cholesterol in the blood, which increases your risk of developing heart disease. Try to switch it up and take in more unsaturated fats such as oily fish and vegtable oils.

3. WATER , WATER , WATER - We need to drink plenty of fluids to stop us getting dehydrated – the government recommends 6-8 glasses every day. We also get fluids from foods and fruits. Hydration is important for the body to function and optimal levels. Try to avoid sugary soft and fizzy drinks that are high in added sugars and calories.

4. Dont skip breakfast! - breakfast is the most important meal of the day it helps regulate sugar intake for the rest of the day. Some people skip breakfast because they think it will help them lose weight. In fact, research shows that people who regularly eat breakfast are less likely to be overweight.

5. Protein - this is vital for diet, especially for people who are training regularly. Protein helps grow and repair the muscles so if you are training regulary protien intake is vital for help the muscles repair amd also helps build the muscle tissue.
