Back where it all began for this page and the ML Rugby Academy. I spent the bank holiday weekend catching up with some dear friends, former colleagues, past pupils (who I haven't seen in 6 years since I left Norwich) and taking a trip down memory lane around the Cathedral grounds where I used to live.

An absolutely wholesome weekend which has left my heart feeling very full. Very grateful to have such wonderful friends ❤️🙏🏻

All Ireland Rugby Leage Grand Final Winners 🏆🐴

One of the happiest days in a very, very long time, and I made sure i enjoyed every second. If I could have bottled that feeling, because there's nothing quite like it ❤️
