& from have been selected for the Ireland O40’s masters squad travelling to a World Cup this summer. Along with the Ulster based players in the squad they are hosting a fundraising hockey day camp at Shawsbridge in June. Open to children from any school/club aged 7-13yrs. 🏆 U13 BOYS ULSTER HOCKEY CUP CHAMPIONS!

The Seahorses have done it! A brilliant display at Finals Day in Cookstown today has secured the U13 Cup.

The boys were rock solid throughout the entire tournament. It’s the perfect end to a season defined by hard work, growth, and total commitment.

A massive thank you to all the coaches, players, parents, and supporters who helped get us to this point. We couldn't have done it without the whole Instonians family behind us.

U13 Girls Finals 🟣🟡⚫

Well done to the Seahorses girls who played brilliantly this morning topping their group, getting through to the cup semi finals. A 2-0 defeat to Rainey ending the competition for the girls this year.

Thank you to all the coaches, players and of course parents too for a massive effort all year.
