Students are guided through a variety of postures which develop strength, flexibility, balance, and a sense of well-being. MY PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT AS A YOGA INSTRUCTOR:
By taking care of our God-given bodies and accepting them as being fearfully and wonderfully made as stated in Psalm 139, we can also strive to know and understand our bodies and strengthen them so they can achieve and operate at their maximum potential.
