By positioning your lead foot on the outside of the southpaw’s lead foot your body is positioned to attack from an angle that is harder for the opponent to defend and it also opens up a direct path for the backhand.

That’s a wrap for 2024, first year of coaching complete I have gained valuable experience as a coach to go along with my 11 years of boxing experience. Met a lot of good people and made good memories along the way just want to say a massive thank you to Jordan Woods at Cornerstone Boxing Academy for making it possible.

Last round of a great session. Ross has been coming to my group classes for the last few months was good to get a 1-1 in before his first exhibition on Saturday. 💪 This guy has a lot of natural talent will be interesting to see how he develops as a fighter 🥊
