Been a while since we posted on Facebook π«£.
This Saturday we're having our charity workout to raise money for The Samaritans.
A recent trip to Bangor with Hannah reminded me of why The Samaritans are such a huge part of this gym.
I don't feel comfortable sharing the things like this but that's just one story among thousands.
The work The Samaritans volunteers do is invaluable.
I should point out the coffee shop that looked really scary and dark was actually lovely.
When you're not well your brain is very good at playing tricks on you. Its why talking to someone else can be so helpful.

This gym is dedicated to showing there is more to the gym than just what you weigh or what you look like.
