Success inside the ring isn't given—it is earned through every single round, every drop of sweat, and every sacrifice both inside and outside of the gym. Gilford ABC’s very own Willie John MacCartan showed exactly what hard work and belief can achieve when he captured his Commonwealth Games Bronze Medal!

Looking back at this historic moment for Gilford ABC is a fantastic reminder to all our current young fighters of what is possible when you put the work in. 💪🔥
