Not knocking the scale, but thereโs a lot of other MAJOR advantages to working out.
How you monitor progress can be done any of these ten ways and, honestly, theyโre all really important.
So, donโt get down if the scale isnโt changing. As long as youโre getting stronger, feeling more confident, and daily life activities are getting easier, youโre making amazing progress. Keep it up!

Everybody struggles with workouts. Itโs impossible to be perfect.
What matters is that you find the right program for you, trust it, and stay consistent.
If one day you donโt feel great, donโt get down.
Instead, celebrate that you got it done.
Then get back the next day.
Aim for consistency.
