Folks we at the waterworks trout fishery would like to thank the community and everyone who came and took part in the fun day. It was amazing to see how many kids interested in fishing and we hope to be bringing more fishing activities soon

We also would like to take this opportunity to thank the belfast City Council for helping us out with the fun day and we would like to thank Paul McCusker for helping us organise this event

ANNUAL AGM

The time is once upon us to hold our AGM on Thursday 27th April 2023 at the Survivors of Trauma centre
151 Cliftoneville Road Belfast BT146JR.

The meeting will be held 7-9pm. Can all members & new members please attend the meeting to obtain their 2023-2024 membership. Pease bring along an up to date passport sized photo and membership fee.

Can we please urge all members either pike Anglers or Trout Anglers to attend on the evening above as no Yearly Memberships will be processed at lakeside unless prearranged before the AGM.

We are also looking to recruit 2 new committed anglers to join the comittee. Any interested parties please show their intentions on the night at the AGM.

Folks just like to say a massive thank you to everyone who turned up or donated on Sunday for are charity event.
We had raised a total of £392 for Marie Curie Hospice which was absolutely amazing
Unfortunately the fishing was very slow for everyone but Dougie was the only one to land a fish so well done Dougie

Less than a week to go untill are competition in memory of Harry clinton and all money raised goes towards a charity called Marie Curie Hospice

The pike competition is being held on sunday 12th February

It will be £10 per person and that's for 2 rods

Registration will be at the hut at 7.45

Competition will run from 8.30am to 15.30pm

Winner for the biggest fish will receive £50 and a trophy
