Yes, you’ll get fitter, but Bootcamping is more than the physical, it’s also the more constructive way to vent after having ‘one of those days’, or to meet your workout friends for a bit of a catchup.
Bootcamping is all about fun (also effective) group fitness where you don't really know what to expect, every workout is unique, you’re encouraged, pushed and motivated to ever greater achievements.

Bootcamping is now in Ballymena only, it was formally a Belfast service which I had hoped to get up and running again (at Shaws Bridge) however, due to COVID, small group sizes and travel it quite simply became unviable, thus all TRGF services being focussed in Ballymena.
Should C19 restrictions be lifted then I’d love to get a Bootcamping service in Belfast once again.
