Client results, Sid Devine post 12 weeks 💪.
Upon coming in for training, Sid had no real goals other than to get the bounce back in his step that he had when doing my circuit classes a while back. Taking this into consideration, I decided not to take the extreme "transformation program" approach and make this an enjoyable/educational experience for him as he had the patience to allow the changes to occur over an extended period of time, instead of wanting things to happen overnight!!
This is a great attitude to have as it promotes adherence to a program and allows the client to fit training around their life, instead of their life around training, which often never works!!
Even though Sid now has the experience and confidence to go and join a gym and continue to train himself, he has decided to stay with me and train on a long term bases and see what the next chapter has to offer him 😊.
Great work my friend, your a pleasure to work with and an absolute work horse in the gym. Long may it continue 😆

Jamie joined in with Seamy for a couple of early morning training sessions before heading of to MGM (Marbella) on Monday to begin training ahead of his next fight here in Belfast. Good luck with the camp mate and it was a pleasure working with you 👍
