Sonia lost 28lbs and feels fitter than ever! 🤜

Louise lost a steady 2.5lbs per week, but it looks like so much more!
Getting ready for a holiday, we made small adjustments to her food choices and followed a workout program that lasted only 30 minutes per session, 3 times per week!
That's 15 sessions total!!
Everyone knows how to lose weight... Eat less, move more...
Creating a plan that you can easily stick to is the hard part.

I'm proud of this one! 🥲
Hannah has lost a whopping 32kg, which takes us over the 5 stone LOST!
While still enjoying the odd (probably too many, to be honest 😅) night out and eating food that she enjoys!
This hasn't been a complete lifestyle shift. Small and consistent changes with a structured plan in place are the key!
Nobody wants chicken and treadmills. Enjoying the process is what keeps you on track!

Drop a Dress Size Challenge for Busy Women!
This is for busy women that don't have time to think, never mind living in the gym.
My clients have been hitting this year hard, achieving amazing results and I wanna show you how we're doing it CONSISTENTLY with a new training.
Most fitness ‘gooroos’ who teach this stuff are trying to sell you some sort of quick fix cream to rub your love handles away… or my favourite to date, butter in your coffee… WTF.
Anyways…If you’re struggling to find the time, think you have to eat chicken, broccoli and rice or getting the same mediocre results and feel like you're running in circles trying to drop a dress size. You need to stop. Could you be bothered?
If you want to see a significant change in your body and drop a dress size or even 2, you MUST have a more enjoyable and consistent way of tracking your progress!

The problem is most people start off with good intentions, motivation levels are high and hit the gym like a bull on heat.
You need to calm the head, have a more structured approach and someone to monitor and progress as you do!
People tend to get completely confused and overwhelmed with all the options and end up right back on the sofa watching Gossip Girl and crying into their bag of Doritos...
