When I started my PT career ⏭️ to now a 35 year old busy mum with a thriving Online Coaching career and Semi Private Gym 💜
With 15 years experience in the fitness industry, my journey has taken me from being a fully booked PT in a busy commercial gym (can I add that I worked myself hard for and never gave up, them 40+ hours with clients 😅) , to stepping on stage in bodybuilding competitions, to navigating lockdowns and opening RealLife Fitness with my husband.
In the next chapter, I became a mum and a wife — and built my coaching business into what it is today: a thriving online community with thousands of real results 💪
