One of the most common nutrition questions i get asked is how to eat more protein.
The first thing i say is most people don’t eat enough, if any, protein at breakfast. So you’re already behind at the start of your day and it seems like a lot to fit in throughout the rest of the day.
Here’s a quick high protein breakfast that has 32g of protein, is easy to batch cook, tastes good and is under 500 calories 🤌🏻
Baked oats 🥣 (makes 4 portions)
180g rolled oats
80g whey protein
2 eggs
160ml milk
200g fage coconut
2 banannas
20g honey
20g dark choc chips
2tbsp baking powder
Add all ingredients into blender.
Pour into an oven dish.
Stick in oven for 30mins.
Done 👨🏻🍳

My second home looking unreal atm 😍🏠
Feeling proud of the grafting I’ve done to get T-Fit Gym Belfast to this level and really grateful for the support of my team Cameron, Pete, Eoin & Zak, who I’d be lost without.
T-Fit wasn’t an overnight success. It’s taken 6 years to get to this point and while I’ve always worked hard and been my own biggest critic, I’ve grown a whole lot in the process too. Not sure if it’s the OCD in me or just an unstoppable work ethic, probably both but its allowed me to back myself and take the necessary risks along the way.
Don’t want to make this a cheesy motivational post but i read this quote in a book in 2015 and it’s always stuck with me.
“The fall of dropping water wears away the stone.” Consistent action on the critical tasks needed to reach your goal is the key to getting what you want in life. Your current actions are creating your future.

I dropped out a week after writing this facebook status
Was working as a self employed personal trainer
And had loads of other wee jobs on the side while i built up clients and a reputation
Fast forward 15 years and here we are 🏰
I’m 100% self made and proud to say it
Don’t stay stuck in one place just cause it’s what society says you should do
It’s okay to quit and start fresh
Just be prepared to do the work.

Delighted to welcome Tuathlaith Murtagh on board to assist me with delivering female led personal training & group sessions.
For a very long time now I’ve had no availability to take on new clients and even struggled fitting in past clients who wanted to get back to training again. I have a brilliant team of male PTs working for me but with myself being the only female PT, i had no options for the people who specifically requested to train with a female. All they could do was join a waiting list and wait for a space to come up which isn’t ideal.
Having Tula working with me is a great way for us to help lots more people lose the unwanted pounds and get fit healthy and strong in the process.
Tula has a real passion for helping people and her friendly personality is perfect for T-Fit. She was also a contender on the most recent series of Gladiators so watch your back or you’ll get a foam roller to the back of the head 🤣
So yes, finally happy to announce we are now taking on new clients for 1 to 1 personal training and over 50’s group training.
