Ok folks …. WEEK 3 starts TOMORROW !!!

Don’t forget this will be the last week of our June block as we’re off week 4 for me living it up in Ibiza …. Hopefully lol lol

You guys can still use the gym or do home workouts the week we are off … if anyone needs sessions sent out plz let me know by WEDNESDAY at the latest !

Make sure u let me know of any changes to your July slots commencing on Monday 29th June ! Our July camp will still consist of a 4 week block …. With 1 weeks break smack bang in the middle from 13th-19th July !

Week 2 DONE !!!

It doesn’t feel appropriate to bum and blow about how great a week it’s been in Bootcamp when it’s just been a horrible , sad week for everyone in Belfast . Some of our fellow bootcampers too afraid to come to classes due to the colour of their skin . This makes me so angry and so sad . I just want them to know that our Gym is a community there to offer any help and support they need . It is a safe space for EVERYONE !

Next week finishes our June block of classes as there is NO WEEK 4 !!! Please be sure to let me know if u no longer want ur slots for July or need to make any changes .

Hoping and praying next week is a better one for us all 🙏🙏🙏

Ok guys so I’m seeing a lot of posts on Facebook re- road closures / protests this evening at 7pm . If anyone from the 7pm class wud like to come to an earlier class or a different day completely just let me know plz . I will closely be monitoring our page / pms this afternoon and if anything changes il let u all know ….. so keep an eye on the page plz guys .

MASSIVE Good Luck shout out to 3 of our Bootcampers taking part in a cycle the Periphery fundraiser this weekend !

Pedal The Periphery is a major annual team cycling endurance event in Northern Ireland, where teams of 2 to 12 riders take on a 480-mile relay circuit around the coast and border in just 48 hours. The challenge is the flagship fundraiser for NIPANC, Northern Ireland's local pancreatic cancer charity.

Joanne , Rachel and Leanne are all doing 40+ miles EACH !!!

Their fundraising bucket is still in the studio at the top of the stairs if anyone wishes to donate ! If ud like to transfer it to me and I can chuck it in that’s also an option just let me know !
